How It Works

The purpose of the auction is to create an exciting experience from acquiring goods you are interested in at a price you are willing to pay. To this end, we connect sellers with buyers. Our goal is to satisfy both sellers who receive the maximum amount for their product that buyers are willing to pay, and buyers who are happy to have obtained a product that they are interested in.

Buyer and seller must have an account. If the buyer wants to sell at the same time, he must also create a seller's account and vice versa.

1. For each auction, the seller sets the initial price and the time for which the product is offered in the auction.

2. The product is inserted in the auction by the seller.

3. Buyers create bids on the product.

4. The auction is won by the buyer, who bids the highest bid for the product by the end of the auction.

5. If the buyer wins the auction, the product is moved to the buyer's control panel, where he is obliged to pay for the product.

6. As soon as the product is paid for, the seller receives a message and sends the goods to the buyer.

7. Once the buyer receives the goods, he has two options:

a) Confirm the receipt of the goods on his panel (the goods are fine)

b) Or return the goods (the goods are not in order)

If the goods don't match the description and buyer decides to return the goods, he proceeds as follows:

On the control panel, in the "my order" section, check the "return" box for the product you want to return. Wait for the seller's statement. After the seller's statement, buyer sends the product back to seller address.

If the goods don't match the description or are damaged, return is justified and the buyer will receive a full refund.

If the goods are returned unjustifiably, the shipping will be paid by the buyer. Goods must be returned immediately in their original packaging. A refund is then made.

Refunds apply to a new product, a product that does not match the description or is damaged, used product for which a warranty is provided.

8. After confirmation of the receipt of the goods by the buyer, Ouslet will transfer the amount to the seller-to his account.
